The End of Summer

Summer school is over, so for a last hurrah I took the kids to a Mariners baseball game. Megan and Marcie came with us...we lost, but the fireworks were fun. Many of the kids listed it as a highlight of their summer with some never having been to a stadium before. Here are some pics:

 

 

 

MomMA and WA Dad went to MO for a wedding so I got my little shadow for a couple of days. He and Sissy had lots of fun. Wherever I went, he went. He napped with me, cleaned with me, went for drives and walks with me...I love that boy. Yes, I do.

The last piece of news is that Kira moved in yesterday and school started today. This evening we all went out and picked vegetables from the garden. Kira and JP worked on making tomato juice and pickles. Yum. Can't wait to try it all out.
