Scripture Memorization

This morning in church I realized how many verses I've learned based on songs from Bible school, Sunday school and college chapel. Here are a few that were included in today's outline that I've memorized to music.

Micah 6:8 "Walk Humbly"

2 Corinthians 6:2 "Now Is The Day of Salvation"

One of my favorite songs...

"Noah Found Grace In The Eyes of the Lord"

The service ended with a list of 37 lives saved in Lifeboat #14 from the sinking Titanic. We were reminded of the list that is even more important...The Lamb's Book of Life. "Jerusalem" by the Hoppers has been rattling around in my head ever since. I am thankful for the truths and the scripture that is spoken through music.
